Popular social media site X, formerly known as Twitter, appears to be suffering a massive outage worldwide, according to Downdetector.

According to Down Detector, there have been nearly 8,000 reports of outages. Most of the outages appear to be happening in major cities such as New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
