Friday is going to be snowy for some, but it will be cold and windy for everyone. Temperatures will only warm into the lower to mid 30s Friday afternoon, but it will not even feel that warm. Gusty west winds sustained at 10 to 20 mph will keep wind chills in the teens and 20s.

A storm system will bring rain to most of the New Jersey on Wednesday, with a brief period of snow or a wintry mix possible in northwestern counties.
